Weeping Tree

This sculpture is made of wire. The idea of this piece was to create an interactive experience for people on the streets of Savannah. The piece, if realized, would have incorporated mechanical workings and lighting designs to make the tree feel as if it was dying when someone approached it. The fruits would "fall" through rigging work and flowers, added later, would have lights in them that changed to create the illusion of them turning brown.
